To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We want you to love your Flippy as much as we loved designing it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, closeout sales are final and non-refundable. We do not run closeout sales often, but when we do, they are screaming deals.
