Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within the United States directly through our official Amazon store and our official getflippy.com storefront. International shipping options and dynamic carrier calculations are also available globally at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

All orders are processed, quality-inspected, and shipped securely within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Once shipped, you will instantly receive a confirmation email loaded with a custom tracking number.

Damaged or Defective Orders

We take immense care in full-size structural packaging, but if your item arrives compromised due to carrier handling, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@getflippy.com with the following items:

  • 2 Clear, well-lit digital photos or video frames showing the specific damage.
